WHAT IS THE LIFT PROJECT?
The Lift Project™ is a fascinating lifestyle-based wellbeing adventure designed to lift individuals and groups. It uniquely brings together science-based strategies from research in the fields of Neuroscience, Lifestyle Medicine and Positive Psychology. The Lift Project is lifting lives around the globe by equipping individuals to take charge of their own wellbeing, build resilience, and live a happier life. The Lift Project draws together the findings from over 300 studies in Neuroscience, Positive Psychology and Lifestyle Medicine. The effectiveness of The Lift Project has been investigated in several studies with the findings presented at academic conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals.
At each session, we will work through the lesson and then in a group setting, chat about would you have learned and how to put it into practice.

Developed and presented by internationally recognised wellbeing expert, Dr Darren Morton, The Lift Project explores 10 wellbeing-enhancing topics over 10 weeks (with an emphasis on mental wellbeing) that are designed to lift individuals, significantly improving mental well-being.
